LEADERS iN TRAiNING
(LIT) Program

We Love Equipping the Next generation of leaders.

Open to teens ages 14-17, the Leader in Training (LIT) Program is for students who have a desire to develop their leadership skills and take a deeper look into God’s call on their life.

In 2022 LITs will be assigned opportunities to lead younger youth and children during Classic Camp sessions, as well as provided with an opportunity to lead an element of campus worship. LIT’s will have a daily small group time designed specifically for them and will receive mentorship and accountability from the LIT Program Lead, and encouragement and supervision from all CrossRoads staff members.

Applications must be submitted no later than June 15 to be considered for the program. LIT positions are limited, and invitations to join the program will be reserved for the strongest applicants.

The LIT Program Coordinator will reach out in early June to schedule a brief phone interview with LIT applicants. LITs will be notified regarding their acceptance into the program prior to their session.

The cost for the LIT program is $350/session and includes meals, lodging, camp t-shirt, and activities.
